Thank you everyone for the reviews! Sorry I haven't updated in a week but I can only go on the computer a certain amount of time since I'm away in a California hospital for three months . I decided to go with a new writing style tell me if its easier. I got really into Brucas more than Naley but I think its a okay chapter.

Chapter 9

"Ice Skating that's what were going to do?"asked Nathan laughing he stood infront of a ice skating rink full of happy people skating on ice or eating pizza

"Think of it as a magical experience."said Haley

Haley James was a weird girl without a doubt but he liked for it she always made him laugh and smile something Nathan never done with Rachel. Nathan could be himself with Haley. Nathan never met anyone like her she was just average unlike every other girl in his school.

"Cant we do something like basketball."

"No just take my hand its fun Brooke thought me to ice skate."

Haley took Nathan's hand as they went onto the ice.Clearly he never ice skated but Haley ice skated with Brooke when they would get outside free time.

"This is suppose to be fun?"

"Yeah it use to take my mind off my mom."

"You right its relaxing."

Nathan smirked and skated along the sides and did his get to Haley instead he fell making Haley get to his side.

"Nathan are you okay?"asked Haley knelling down to his knee and saw he just had a cut

"Yeah I'm fine."

Two eyes connected as Haley put her hand over the cut it wasn't that big maybe the size of a paper clip but she still smoothed it anyway with her thumb. Nathan couldn't help but love her hands on him anywhere on him as long as it was Haley's hand.

Lucas smirked at Brooke as if she was meat and he was the hunter. He loved the fact that he was taller than her this way he could look down on her "assets". If Brooke was going to play this game so was he.

"Only if you keep your eyes off my breast."said Brooke

The James' family might be messed up but they were known for being sexy. To sexy for the Scott brothers. At one time they had Chris Keller wanting a threesome but Haley and Brooke declined nicely. They both wanted to wait until they were married but Haley and Brooke both lost it and Brooke was trying to start over. Lucas was slightly off guard. Girls loved him left and right and wanted sex but not Brooke she wanted to know Luke not Lucas Scott.

"Yeah I also write poetry and spend my time reading."

Lucas rolled his eyes. He loved basketball nothing was more important

"That's why Nathan is the sweeter twin."

Lucas was know angry. He been told that all his life. People always compared both Scott brothers. Nathan was always more popular when it came down to winning over the girls heart he hated hookups and kept a girlfriend for a year by the age of eight. He loved the read and write poetry. He was still waiting to have sex and wanted "the one". Lucas was different he won the girl's pants he woke up with two girls on each side of the bed never wanting anything to do with them. . He hated school and never once thought about picking up a book unless it had basketball or sex. People wanted more of Lucas because he was better at basketball and pushed himself Nathan always thought of it as a hobby. It hurt him to think that Brooke was one of those people that would want a guy like Nathan.

"Sorry if I'm not a Nathan."

Brooke followed him as he got up from the bleachers. She never meant to hurt him. Maybe bruise his ego but not to make him feel "less" than Nathan.

"I didn't mean it like that Luke.

"What did you mean?"

"There's more to you than sex and basketball. Under all the cocky and selfish annoying hot guy your a good great guy you never let that show."

After Brooke was done with her speech Lucas was silent no girl ever wanted more than sex . She was about the say more but instead covered her lips with his.

"I got to break the rules this time."said Brooke

Haley laughed at Nathan's words. They went to try ice skate again but all it did was give Nathan another cut on his knee

"My falling wasn't funny I could of broke a bone on the third time falling."

This time they both laughed sharing a ice cream float. Haley didn't have money and felt awful so Nathan got them a double strawberry ice cream float to share.

"So am I eating them by myself?"

Haley asked she turned around to see what Nathan was looking at.

"If you want we could leave."said Haley

She could tell Nathan was starting to get upset by the picture. He loved Rachel and here she was shoving her tongue down Damien's west throat.

"No I shouldn't let her bother me."

"That's the attitude you need."

Nathan took a spoon and ate some of there ice cream

"Your still not in the ice cream mood."

Haley felt bad about having the ice cream to herself. Nathan wasn't eating any he stopped when Rachel sat down on the table infront of them giving him a clear view of there date.

"You eat the rest."

"I am not I just hardly eat ice cream so its like a treat for me I always share when I have the time to eat it."

"You don't have to share anyone your in Tree Hill not the orphan home."

Haley gave him a peck on the cheek he was being to sweet today. Nathan enjoyed the sweet kiss on the cheek until Rachel decided to come over.

"Its not everyday a orphan gets to share ice cream with Nathan Scott."

Rachel glared at Haley saying each word. Haley hated that word orphan. She was homeless for years without food and good clothes but she had a mom she thought she wasn't close to a orphan.

"Lets go Haley there's a movie in town."said Nathan taking Haley's hand

He blocked out every word Rachel said and smiled at Damien. He was sick of Rachel Damien could have her.

"Whatever my boyfriend has better things to do like satisfy my needs maybe a repeat of last month ."

Nathan stopped to get a look at the red head slut. She told him that it was okay with the fact that he was a virgin until he was ready. She told him that she loved him and respected his wishes he didn't think that meant cheating on him with one of his best friends. He was about to lead out some tears but instead he put up a fist until Haley whispered a plan ears in his ears making it look like she was biting his ear.

"Come on Nathan lets go satisfy my needs and put that condom to waste."said Haley

Haley giggled naughty like and linked arms with Nathan and squeezed his ass leaving Rachel speechless

"We can just go and watch a movie at your house."said Haley

Nathan nodded in agreement to afraid to speak after the show Haley put on.

Chapter 11

"I want Haley to cut my meat."said Emily harshly as Nathan look at his daughter with confusion. She was always a sweet girl and loved everyone like a mini Brooke but wiser. She even let Haley in when her mother died.

"Emily Haley Scott respect your guest."said Nathan as Haley cut up her meat.

"Its okay pumpkin she's just a baby."said Bevin

"Don't call me a baby I'm almost five."said Emily

"Tell her like it is sis."said James barely eating.

"I agree with Emma that was a mean comment."said Lily as Karen gave her a glare to stay out of the mess.

"So Bevin how did you meet Nathan?"Asked Karen wanting to know about her son's girlfriend.

"We met at a bar the other night."said Bevin proudly

"The night my dad was almost killed."said Jamie

"For once I want to stick around for cake."said Rachel.

"So how many kids do you have honey?"Bevin as everyone stared at her

"Dad she's a nutcase I'm five and know that you have three kids."said Emily

"I think the babies are sleepy I'm going to put them down for the night."said Haley picking up Bryan as if he was her own and Allison at the same time.

"Could I come maybe I could learn something."said Bevin happily

"I changed my brother's diaper last week."said Emily with her hands on her hips

"Emily what did daddy say about showing off?"asked Jamie rolling his eyes

"Brooke come down here its urgent."said Diana Davis in the intercop

"Coming down mother."said Brooke as she put her on her white slippers and walked out of bed in her purple silk juicy courture skimmy pajamas

"What did you want?"Asked Brooke annoyed when she saw her parents

"You need to get dress we have visitors. People are living with us."said Ryan Davis

"Hold on! more people in this house can I demand why?"asked Brooke angry

"Because hes my old friend since high school. He has a daughter you use to hang out when you were kids."said Ryan

"I dont remember hanging out with anyone who is not Peyton or Rachel."said Brooke crossing her arms

"Her name is Haley James. She use to play in the sandbox and share gummy bears with you."said Diana

"Gummy worms can make you fat. Didnt I count calories as a kid?"asked Brooke like it was a need

"The name is Brooke Marie Davis."said Brooke as she screamed when Haley hugged her

"Brookie Cookie."said Haley and didnt let go of the hug

"Bitchy Witchy."said Brooke annoyed by this girl and pushed her off

"Dont you remember her?"asked Lynda as Brooke studied Haley's face

"Nope I dont remember this girl but then again I was popular in the day."said Brooke with a smile

"Brooke show Haley her room."said Diana

"The basement?"Asked Brooke hopeful

"No your room and make sure shes comfortable."said Ryan and sent Brooke a your-gonna-be-grounded-look

"Sorry Brooke is still a only child. Shes not use to sisters."sighed Diana

"You can always sleep with on the floor."said Brooke

"I have my sleeping bag."said Haley and pulled out a pink and purple sleeping bag

"Dont put that thing in my room it ruins the complexion."said Brooke as Haley ingored her and looked around Brooke's room her bed was round and had a hail over it the walls were all white and the rugs were purple or pink her nightstand was white and so was her desk. Haley walked over to the pictures above the desk one of a redhaired girl with Brooke sleeping on the floor and another on was a blonde and the redhair girl with Brooke shaking there hips. The other picture was Brooke sitting on a blonde boys lap. One of the pictures spotted her eye it was a dark haired guy with blue eyes and he looked sad almost miserable and the redhead was on his back.

"You have alot of friends."said Haley

"Right and dont mess with them. We sorta have a clique going on we knew each other since junior high.Its to late for newbies"said Brooke

"I dont even know them."said Haley

"Lets keep it that way and hands off the boys."said Brooke as she noticed Haley was looking at a picture of Nathan

"Boys are over-rated anyway."said Haley

"Well the boys here are hot and all mine either that or there Rachel or Peyton's. You cant have any your not on the wall."said Brooke and pointed a clipboard of Peyton/Rachel and Brooke there were guys names under there names

"What if I like a boy under these girl names?"Asked Haley and looked at the dark hair boy with blue eyes under Rachel's name

"Then your ass is mine."smirked Brooke

I wasnt pleased with this chapter. I think everyone knows who the blue eyed blue is that Haley was looking at. Please leave reviews. I plan on making this a long story I have ten chapters they just need to be spell-checked. Im making a credit video for this story when Im done I will post it

"Its okay I don't want to bother you guys.Thanks for the pizza "said Haley quietly and looked at her son he wasn't eating and sat their looking at Haley with blue afraid eyes

"Does Mike like pizza? I thought it was a kid favorite."chuckled Brooke

"He does its just he rarely eats. I think he's afraid."said Haley

"Can I ask a question?"asked Peyton she wanted more information on Haley and why she didn't get help

"Sure."said Haley

"You have a brother Lucas so why doesn't he know about Mike or the abuse?"Asked Peyton

Flashback

"So are you gonna introduce me to Chris?"asked Lucas and looked at Chris in the eye like he did since he saw Chris slap Haley from the window

"Chris this is my brother Lucas."said Haley

"Nice to meet you Haley where's dinner?"Asked Chris as Lucas looked around the house it was dirty

"I made mac and cheese since its Michael's favorite."said Haley

"That's fucking nice but I wanted prime rib."said Chris angry and slapped Haley

"That's my sister don't touch her."screamed Lucas

"Your sister isn't being a nice girl is she?"demanded Chris and kicked a trashcan as Lucas took Haley by the arm in the other room

"You cant live like this."said Lucas

"Its okay he calms down after a while."sighed Haley

"I surprised he got out."said Brooke and looked at Mike once again

"Can I watch basketball please."asked Michael

"No he only seen him on TV."said Haley as both girls looked at milk who was watching the screen

"Mommy we can go to Tree Hill and meet Nathan Scott."said Michael and looked at the brown haired blue eyed basketball star and Haley took a closer took at him as well

"Well I still like my women and my basketball other than that I have gotten calmer and understanding. I love my fans the little boys get me everytime when they want a autograph I also got interested in getting a education."said Nathan

"So you go to college?"Asked Larry

"I go to a community college and take night classes. I was never into the big colleges."said Nathan

"You said you have a girlfriend Rachel Gatina. Does she support you?"Asked Larry

"She can be supportive when she wants to be she supports me in basketball but not so much with my education."said Nathan

"Sounds like you have the perfect girlfriend would you call it love?"asked Larry

"No I would just call it having the same interest. I only ever been in love when I was in highschool."said Nathan

"High school sweethearts gone bad."joked Larry

"She was uh something but I haven't seen her since high school. We never kept in touch but I keep a box with pictures."said Nathan

"Can we say that Rachel gets jealous?"asked Larry

"She seen the box and took a fit but she's just a girl."said Nathan

"Thank you for your time and we cant wait for the next game."said Larry

"It was a pleasure."said Nathan and walked off the stage and met Rachel backstage

"I can not belive you."said Rachel

"Its okay we just need a plan."said Brooke

"Mommy he's coming back."said Michael shaking as Chris keep punching the door

"What we need to do is go far away."said Peyton and looked at each other. They needed Haley to be in Tree Hill with her family

"This is my problem. Thanks for trying to help but I can handle this myself."said Haley

"No were bringing you to a special place."said Peyton

"A place where Chris wont find me?"asked Haley

"Unless he knows where Nathan is he wont find you."said Brooke

"I cant see Nathan."said Haley

"Why not he has a son."said Peyton

Thanks for the reviews! To clear some things up Nathan and Haley weren't always best friends but they slept together and Michael is his son. This chapter don't really have any Nathan but he will play a big part. Nathan and Lucas are not related they been best friends since they were little and that's how Nathan met Haley.

Chapter 2

Haley woke up with Chris next to her and felt dirty. She wasn't one for sex anyway anytime she liked it passion with love something she didn't have with no it was more like cry while I hurt you. She slowly walked over to her son and Felt pain. Michael was covered in bruises and cuts she always felt like it was her fault since she never left Chris.

"Mommy can you sleep with me?"Asked Michael as Haley looked over at Chris. He was sleeping so it was her only seconds with Michael

"Would you like to watch some TV?"asked Haley quietly

"I want to watch the basketball game."said Michael hopeful he loved basketball but he never played it Chris wouldn't let him

"If you be really quiet. Mommy is gonna go to the store."said Haley as she put her shoes on

"I love you."said Michael softly he was young but he was wise and knew that he wasn't safe and neither was his mom.

"Haley? I never saw you here."said Brooke as she saw Haley in a deli she never really saw Haley anyway really unless it was when they had coffee at starbucks where Brooke would pay. She knew Haley had some problems when high school ended. She heard noises and saw cuts on Haley and her son Michael. Brooke also knew that Nathan was the father it wasn't hard to tell Michael had blue eyes and dark ones with a dark shade of brown in his hair

"Yeah Chris wanted me to go shopping."said Haley as she was looking through her purse for some money to buy the food she didn't have a job since she left Karen;s Cafe

"Do you want money?"Asked Brooke with a tight smile she didn't mind giving money to Haley

"Its okay I'm just gonna go home."said Haley and left the food on the counter

"I would like to buy these."said Brooke paying for the food that Haley wanted and went to find Haley

"Haley wait up!"screamed Brooke on the sidewalk

"I really need to get home."said Haley worried she was out for way to long

"I got you the food you wanted. Come by my house later so we can talk."said Brooke hopeful

"Thanks for the food but I cant take it."said Haley

"Its on me. There just milk and cookies and strawberries."said Brooke giving the food to Haley

"Your a good friend Brooke thanks but I don't know if I can come over."said Haley

"Please we can talk and make dinner. I'm having my friend Peyton over."said Brooke

"I will uh think about it."said Haley unsure as Brooke handed her a number

"This is my number if you need anything."said Brooke and gave Haley a hug before she walked Haley home

"I'm home Michael."said Haley walking into the apartment and didn't see her son or Chris

"Chris? Michael?"screamed Haley as she saw Michael come out of the bathroom crying

"Hey I have your favorite Strawberries with milk."said Haley with a small smile and hugged her son

"Mommy you got cookies to."said Michael losing his frown and turned it into a smile

"Where's Chris?"Asked Haley she didn't like Michael being along he just turned four

"A girl came looking for him. He said that he wants dinner ready tonight by eight."said Michael as he ate a strawberry and Haley thought about going to Brooke's she didn't know if she would be safe there since Chris didn't know her

"Did you watch the basketball game?"Asked Haley hopeful

"No Chris turned it off."said Michael

"Things will get better Mike."said Haley using his nickname

"Chris wouldn't let me go mommy. He likes to see me hurt."said Michael and drank his milk

Chapter 2

Haley woke up with Chris next to her and felt dirty. She wasnt one for sex anyway anytime she liked it passion with love something she didnt have with no it was more like cry while I hurt you. She slowly walked over to her son and fet pain. Micheal was covered in bruises and cuts she always felt like it was her fault since she never left Chris.

"Mommy can you sleep with me?"Asked Micheal as Haley looked over at Chris. He was sleeping so it was her only seconds with Micheal

"Would you like to watch some tv?"asked Haley quietly

"I want to watch the basketball game."said Micheal hopeful he loved basketball but he never played it Chris wouldnt let him

"If you be really quiet. Mommy is gonna go to the store."said Haley as she put her shoes on

"I love you."said Micheal softly he was young but he was wise and knew that he wasnt safe and neither was his mom.

She knew Haley had some problems when high school ended. She heard noises and saw cuts on Haley and her son Micheal. Brooke also knew that Nathan was the father it wasnt hard to tell Micheal had blue eyes and dark ones with a dark shade of brown in his hair

"Yeah Chris wanted me to go shopping."said Haley as she was looking through her purse for some money to buy the food she didnt have a job since she left Karen;s Cafe

"Do you want money?"Asked Brooke with a tight smile she didnt mind giving money to Haley

"Its okay Im just gonna go home."said Haley and left the food on the counter

"I would like to buy these."said Brooke paying for the food that Haley wanted and went to find Haley

"Haley wait up!"screamed Brooke on the sidewalk

"I really need to get home."said Haley worried she was out for way to long

"I got you the food you wanted. Come by my house later so we can talk."said Brooke hopeful

"Nathan wants to break up."said Brooke looking down

"Well that's no reason to put it on other girls.You can trust me I don't think Haley likes Nathan I think its the opposite."said Karen

"So you think Nathan likes her?"asked Brooke

"Yes so if you need to insult someone you better get the facts straight.Haley is afraid to date anyone because of her problem"said Karen she didn't approve of what Brooke said because Haley was pregnant

Thanks to everyone that been reading! I hope you like this chapter. Im really torn between Brucas and Leyton at this point the only couple im sure about is Naley. I will let you guys tell me if you want Brucas or Leyton because I love them both. Leyton fans and Naley fans will love this chapter!

"Did you get in touch with the babies father yet?"Asked Dr Chase as he put cold gel over Haley's stomach

"No I don't think he's gonna um be here but my friend is."sighed Haley

"Are you the friend of boyfriend?"Asked Dr Chase and looked at Nathan he just thought that Haley moved on to someone that would be there for her

"Im the friend."smiled Nathan

"Well then your gonna be going through a lot since the shot your lucky we found a heartbeat the baby could of really died. So im gonna give you some pills to take every night and take this liquid every morning. I have some websites and books to suggest to you since you wanted to know what your going though. You might get craving in the middle of night and getting morning sickness. You need to be around friends because of your condition Haley.I suggest staying over a friends house or a family member's house."said Dr Chase and handed Haley everything she needed

"I been taking care of myself since my parents died. I can live alone."said Haley confident

"Yes but your carrying a baby who almost lost his heart. You can also get emotional so just make sure that you atleast condiser my suggestion."said Dr Chase

want to thank everyone for the reviews!!!! enjoy this chapter! There will be Naley fluff but I would like to capture the sad emotions that everyone is feeling that day in this chapter.

Chapter 4

"Mommy is daddy gonna be okay?"asked little 5 yr James on the sofa it been a day since they found out that Jimmy and Keith died in a hallway and that the funeral was coming up soon

"Honey daddy's away."said Karen holding back tears

"But you never say where he was."complain James and crossed his arms

"James..daddy wont be here for a long time. I promise you will see him one day."said Karen as Nathan came into the living room

"I hope he's not being a bad boy."said James as Nathan came in the living room

"Nathan do me a favor take your brother out."complained Karen

"I was gonna go to the hospital to see Haley but I can bring him along. Do you need anything?"asked Nathan hopeful he hated his mom like this

"The worst part is Peyton wont talk to me."said Lucas with hurt in his tone he loved Peyton since he was little

"Peyton's dark and bitchy she will get over it."said Brooke

"That's not the point I lost her trust. She wont pick up the phone and when she does I can feel her hurt."said Lucas

"I guess this is the end for know."said Brooke

"I seen him with Haley. There better together he never would care for him like he does with her."said Brooke
